Got a twin room and the room size was one of the best I’ve had. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast was not too expensive and tasty. Hotel was also very close to the station.

Good Japanese breakfast that we were happy to pay for. Little but clean room walking distance from the main train station. Quiet, clean place. We were all energized the next day and walked to the Zenkoji Temple which was the highlight of our one day visit before the start of our Nakasendo Trail walk

Close to Nagano station, washers/dryers on top floor, staff friendly, breakfast good, will be here again in the future

The location is great. Very near to Nagano train station. The hotel is well maintained, the room are quiet and clean. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is Japanese style, wholesome.

A minute walk from the bus stop from Ikebukuro Sunshine Bus Terminal to Nagano station (arrival bus stop location). Very clean and had all the things we needed

Hi, being on the 7th floor there was a little noise from the aircon units on the roof, otherwise everything was great thx

The room was pretty straightforward, but the bed was comfortable, and for the price (low) and location (5 minutes from the station) it was really good
